• Exterior and Interior photos on website
• Placement of rental sign on certain properties
• Placement of listings on highly trafficked rental websites

Working with Prospective Tenants

• As prospective tenants call in, we take the time to get to know what they are looking for and finding an apartment that works best for their needs
• Schedule showing of apartment at convenience of all parties
• Distributing application

Processing Prospective Tenants

• Background check of criminal activity & credit
• Landlord reference going back two landlords
• Employment Verification
• Personal Reference

Selection

• Once application is processed, contact property owner with the results
• Once application is accepted, property is no longer marketed and is removed from rental market 
• Schedule lease appointment- if you do not have a lease, we have leases for property owners to review
• At time of lease signing all funds are collected and forwarded to property owner
• All mandatory forms are given to tenant along with any pertinent move in information

Property Management
